American Regional Cuisine

The Quantity Food Production Class of the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences serves meals to the public each Wednesday in the Allegre Restaurant.

The Allegre Restaurant is located in the Applied Technology Building on the campus of Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.

Seating is from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Wednesdays,

The cost of a Complete Menu is $11.00 per person.
An Allegre Sampler is available, featuring entree and accompaniment, bread, and beverage, for $8.00.
There is a special student price of $6.00 for the Complete Menu.
