The Allegre Restaurant has recently undergone a total rennovation as we have changed in appearance, flow and dining experience. We would like to welcome you to the new and improved Allegre by making note of a few changes. During the Fall 2015 semester, we will only be serving dinner on Tuesday and Thursday. Also, we have transformed our pricing and payment options (see more information below). At this time, we are continuing to use our old website; through this outlet, we are able to showcase our weekly menus, as well as take reservations for upcoming meals.
We ask for your patience in this journey, as we are striving to create a restaurant that will please our guests and provide a learning experience for our students. Come and join us- we will be sure to make your experience worthwhile!
The Quantity Food Production Class of the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences serves meals to the public each Tuesday and Thursday for dinner in the Allegre Restaurant.
The Allegre Restaurant is located in the Applied Technology Building on the campus of Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.
Seating for dinner is from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. on
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Pricing and Payment Options
Along with the update and rennovation of our restaurant, we have also changed the pricing our dishes. Our menu will solely rely on a la carte menu pricing, meaning each menu item will be priced separately.
We will also be offering a special Prix Fixe option for student-created weekly specials. This option allows guests to enjoy the themed starter, entree with sides, dessert and bread for $15.00.
Ball State University students will receive a 10% discout.

As part of our transition, we will now be offering multiple methods of payment, including cash, check, credit card and Cardinal Cash.
Note: Any reservation that is not canceled at least one week prior to a meal will result in the patron being charged for the cost of the meals.
