The Quantity Food Production Class of the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences serves meals to the public each Wednesday for lunch and each Thursday for dinner in the Allegre Restaurant.
The Allegre Restaurant is located in the Applied Technology Building on the campus of Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.
Seating for lunch is from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Seating for dinner is from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. on Thursdays.
For dinner, Prix Fixe menu is available for $15.00 for non-students and $12.00 for students. This includes a first course choice, entrée with sides, dessert, bread, and beverage of choice. Also available for dinner is an á la carte menu. An entrée with sides, bread, butter and beverage costs $10.00. On the á la carte menu first course and dessert may be purchased for $3.00 each.
Note: Any reservation that is not canceled at least one week prior to a meal will result in the patron being charged for the cost of the meals.
